Apply for a grant as a visual artist

Please note: this is a small charity and our grants are modest. At the moment our average grant is around £350 and not everyone is successful.

Applicants must:

1. Complete an application form.  Incomplete forms will not be processed.
2. Provide a reference letter from a third party. For artists, support letters are typically from tutors, curators or gallerists. . 
3. Give a realistic estimate of the price of the item you intend to buy.

Artists should fill in our artists’ application form  and email it back to us with the reference letter and other documents to support the application.  (This is a new form, so if you have a problem with it, do email us.)

Our funding for nurses is now channelled through Cavell Nurses’ Trust. Nurses, midwives or healthcare assistants, working or retired in the UK can apply online at the Cavell Nurses’ Trust website.

Our support for women in hardship is being channelled through a range of partnerships with charities across the UK.
